Collect less. Say what is collected.

The public StateHinge site is designed to collect as little information as practical while we validate a scoped design-partner pilot.

Public website.

When you contact us.

If you email [email protected], we receive the message content and normal email metadata you choose to send. We use it to answer the inquiry, evaluate pilot fit, provide requested support, and maintain necessary business records.

Design-partner pilots.

Any pilot may require additional technical or operational information. Before collecting pilot-specific evidence, StateHinge will state the supported scope and the information needed for that pilot. Customer repository content is not collected merely for marketing analytics.

Retention and sharing.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, pilot, support, security, legal or business-record purpose for which it was collected. We do not sell personal information. Service providers are used only where needed to operate communications, hosting, security or the agreed pilot workflow.

Your choices.

For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact [email protected]. Legal requirements may require retention of some records.

Billing.

When paid subscriptions are enabled, checkout and billing management are provided by Stripe. Stripe processes payment-method data under its own terms. StateHinge does not receive or store raw card numbers. StateHinge records the minimum billing facts needed to operate access and support: Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, plan, subscription status, invoice/receipt references, refund events and related timestamps.

Current flow.

The 14-day trial does not require a card and does not automatically create a paid subscription. A paid subscription starts only when a customer actively completes Stripe Checkout.
