Website & pilot terms · updated 2026-10-04
Current scope, without pretending the product is broader than it is.
These terms cover the public website, design-partner/trial stage and the Launch V1 self-service subscription flow when Checkout is enabled.
Website information.
StateHinge publishes technical explanations, evidence boundaries, limitations and pilot information for evaluation. Content may change as verified evidence changes. Published examples and test evidence do not guarantee that a particular project will be defect-free or suitable for production.
Current pilot boundary.
The current eligible pilot scope is supervised use on a bounded non-production Linux project/task using verified local product surfaces. Unsupported environments or capabilities remain excluded unless separately verified and agreed.
Authorization and responsibility.
- Use StateHinge only on systems, projects and repositories you are authorized to use.
- Maintain appropriate source control, backups and independent review for work that matters.
- A passing validator proves only what the declared check covers.
- Evidence integrity, rollback proof and human approval do not by themselves prove code correctness, security or production readiness.
Design-partner arrangement.
A pilot may include a separate written or email-confirmed scope covering the task, data handling, support and feedback. That specific agreement controls if it conflicts with this general page.
Pricing and payment.
The 14-day trial collects no payment method and does not auto-convert. Solo is USD 29/month, Team is USD 149/month and Agency is USD 349/month at Launch V1. A paid subscription begins only when you actively complete Stripe Checkout. Plans renew monthly until canceled. StateHinge is the seller for Launch V1. Applicable taxes, if any, are handled according to the checkout and the laws that apply to the transaction.
Cancellation and refunds.
Customers can manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation through the Stripe-hosted billing portal. The target cancellation behavior is cancellation at the end of the current paid period, so access continues through that period. Refunds are handled separately from cancellation; billing errors, duplicate charges and any refund required by applicable law are reviewed through [email protected]. A browser success or cancellation page is not payment truth.
Warranty boundary.
The current website and design-partner materials are provided for evaluation within the expressly supported scope. StateHinge does not claim zero risk, universal compatibility, guaranteed defect detection, guaranteed data-loss prevention or production readiness.
